Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of RecallBell, including reminder, location, ANWI, subscription and My Personal Space features. By creating an account or using RecallBell, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
1. RecallBell account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your email account and devices, and protecting access to your RecallBell session. RecallBell currently uses passwordless email verification for account access.
2. Reminder and location features
RecallBell is designed to help users remember tasks, events and location-based actions, but reminders depend on device state, permissions, operating-system behavior, network availability, battery restrictions, location accuracy and other conditions outside RecallBell's control. You should not rely on RecallBell as the sole method for emergency, medical, safety-critical, financial-trading, legal-deadline or other high-risk notifications.
3. ANWI
ANWI assists with interpreting reminder and planning requests. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important reminder details and taking appropriate action. Voice transcription may use a third-party API service as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. My Personal Space and sensitive information
My Personal Space is intended to organize personal records and sensitive information. You decide what information to store. You should use a secure device lock and follow good security practices. RecallBell uses security controls intended to protect this data, but no digital system is risk-free and RecallBell does not guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use RecallBell to violate law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, abuse infrastructure or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to RecallBell or other users.
6. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Some RecallBell features may require a subscription after an applicable trial or free-access period. Where subscriptions are offered through Google Play, purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are also subject to Google Play's applicable billing rules. RecallBell may change available plans, pricing or feature entitlements prospectively, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
7. Availability and changes
RecallBell may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to preserve user data and provide reasonable continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. User content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the information, reminders, records and other content you submit to RecallBell. You must have the right to store or process that content and should avoid storing unlawful material or information belonging to others without appropriate authorization.
9. Third-party services
RecallBell uses third-party platforms and service providers for functions such as app distribution, email delivery, AI transcription, hosting and billing. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
RecallBell is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every reminder will trigger under every device or network condition, that AI outputs will always be accurate, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecallBell and its service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect users or the service, respond to misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. User-facing account deletion and related data-handling procedures should be kept aligned with the published Privacy Policy and public-release product behavior.
13. Governing terms and local rights
These Terms are subject to mandatory consumer-protection, privacy and other laws that apply to you. The service operator's formal legal identity, governing-law clause and dispute-resolution process should be finalized and reviewed before public production launch.
14. Changes to these Terms
RecallBell may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the version currently published on the website.
