How to request account deletion

If you have a RecallBell account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

  1. Send an email from the email address associated with your RecallBell account to .
  2. Use the subject line: RecallBell Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address associated with your RecallBell account in the request.
  4. RecallBell may verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing the deletion.

Data that will be deleted

After a valid account deletion request is processed, personal data associated with the RecallBell account will be deleted, including account information and user-created RecallBell data, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.

Data that may be retained

Certain limited information may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate record-keeping obligations. Any retained data will be kept only for the period necessary for those purposes.

Deletion processing

Verified deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Deleting your RecallBell account may permanently remove associated data and access to account-specific services. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
